While the public doors to the Grand Ballroom and Westchester Ballroom are lockable, 24 hour access to these meeting spaces STILL REMAINS OPEN via pantries, kitchens and back of house routes. The same is true for each Ballroom's respective Pre-Assembly area. It is the responsibility of the customer to contract and schedule its own Security Coverage in these areas. The Hotel is not responsible for the items left in unsecured meeting spaces including, but not limited to: office equipment & supplies, furniture, computers & related accessories, exhibit displays and contents thereof, signage, audio-visual and production related equipment, proprietary merchandise, food and beverage items.
Our Conference Rooms can be locked and Keys may be provided to Customers upon request.
